How it works

  1. List your place

Photos, a description, the price and how many people fit.

  2. Accept the request

A guest sends a request and you reply within the response time. You see who wants to stay before you say yes.

  3. Get paid

The guest pays online before the stay. Your share is paid out after the stay.

Before you start

  • Decide how you want to rent out – the whole place, a private room, beds in a shared room or pitches for motorhomes and caravans. Renting out beds or pitches: how many?
  • Take a few good photos – the beds, the kitchen and, ideally, the view.
  • Choose your nights and price – which nights you can rent out and what you want per night. The calculator helps with the price.
  • Think about the little extras – sheets, towels, breakfast or cleaning as add-ons, and things like parking, a sauna or storage for equipment.

Common questions

What does it cost to list a place?

Nothing. The guest pays a service fee on top of your price, and you receive the price you set.

When do I get paid?

After the guest has checked out and the time to report a problem with the stay has passed. The money goes to your Swish or your bank account.

What happens if the guest cancels?

Before the guest has paid, the booking can be cancelled at no cost. If the guest cancels after paying and at least 14 days before check-in, you keep half of the accommodation price. If the guest cancels later, you keep all of it. Add-ons such as cleaning and breakfast are always refunded to the guest.

Can an association host?

Yes. Non-profit associations register with their organisation number and host the same way. The guest then pays a service fee of 12% instead of 15%.
